Convenient Stay Near the Station
kind staff luggage holding comfortable space
I found the staff very kind. They readily held my luggage before check-in. The outdoor area provided a comfortable space. It featured enough space for children to play safely.
The shower did not work perfectly. The sink in the bathroom was also a bit broken. These issues need fixing.

Excellent Location Near Transportation!
friendly staff ethnic food
I loved the proximity to the train station. It made traveling very easy! The staff was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room. Plus, there were diverse ethnic food places nearby!
The street outside the hotel felt a little unsafe at night. Garbage was everywhere and many people looked sketchy.

An adequate experience
central location helpful staff unsafe area missing amenities
The location was convenient because of Roma Termini access. I found shops and restaurants located nearby. The staff seemed helpful and I got detailed instructions when I arrived late.
I noticed the area felt unsafe at night. Also I saw a lot of rubbish outside of the gate of the building. The taxis driver warned me about taking walks in the evening. The room didn't have many amenities.

fantastic location clear instruction seamless entry
The location was fantastic. It was just a short walk from termini station. communication was excellent, especially as i arrived late. i received clear instructions with entry codes prior to arrival, and the entire entry process was seamless.
i found the surroundings a bit strange, particularly around the main entrance at night, due to some litter and people nearby.

reasonable rate clear instruction food option
the hotel is Close to the train station. i Received clear instructions for entry after hours. the room included a big refrigerator and stove. Many food options were nearby, so i got souvenir shopping done at 8pm.
the hotel Price felt high. the room Did not match the advertised photos, so it was very hot.

the location was convenient to the train station a short walk was all that was needed
the surrounding area felt unsafe especially at night there were people openly using drugs near the entrance the room had a noticeable unpleasant smell it made the stay uncomfortable

My room had a refrigerator and a stove. The bathroom included a good-sized shower and provided strong water pressure. I appreciated having a hot water kettle in the room.. it was useful. there was a pullout sofa bed.
The immediate area had a strong smell of urine.
